Stop the Presses?
Could this be a major reason for the decline in newspaper circulation? The comment was made about the San Francisco Chronicle, but could be true of many other newspapers.

Predictable political views suffuse every section of the paper, right down to the food and wine pages. With the exception of the wire service stories (which have their own problems), every news story is a feature story or op-ed piece in disguise.
